Join Alan at the Capture Photography Festival 2017 in Vancouver for his artist presentation...

Evolution of a Photographer

This fast-paced, 'behind the scenes' artist talk explores the 49 year photographic evolution of award-winning street photographer Alan Jacques. His eclectic life is reflected through his unique images  –  from shooting lions in the Serengeti to exploring the streets of Paris to Polaroids of the female form – and Jacques is at home telling the stories behind his most important images and his unique approach to his subjects. His inspiring story reveals how he has used the challenge of Parkinson’s disease as a catalyst for creative expression and personal growth.
